“Don’t give a child a fish but show him how to fish” – Mao Tse Tung
As an youth activist and a social entrepreneur , it is up to me to be brave – like Mr Zunaid Moti and take up the challenge to be ethical while inspiring and motivating others around me and young people in business
For many young entrepreneurs in South Africa, Mr Moti represents the finest example of how a business leaders should contribute to transcending performance and service to others, well we have learnt while he created a thousand of jobs for South Africans
Mr Moti has not feared to make unpopular decisions based on principal, he took up a fight against mainstream media due to spreading propaganda and selective reporting.
Mr Zunaid Moti did go into business to to enrich himself or his family but to sincerely empower the ordinary young entrepreneurs in the street economically as he knows that poverty degrades people and he Moti wants to uplift people to make them the entrepreneurs they are in the lives the live to make this country achieve its potential
Mr Zunaid Moti took a route that many feared to take , fighting against the mainstream media on selective reporting; we should all be clear to mainstream media houses ; Instead of questing their motives as South African reporters and journalists but they must choose to rather their personal prejudices and political motivations aside and look at the big picture as long as any entrepreneur pursues the common interests of the public we should support him.
It is sad that some journalists is so obsessed with personal enrichment that they would sacrifice even principal to satisfy their bosses to show their right-wing colours.
So when I state boldly and unashamedly that young entrepreneurs find inspiration in Mr Zunaid Moti ; I state it with the greatest sincerety as I would love all youth to have a role model in their lives to inspire them and to use as a guide in their daily lives.
Young South African Entrepreneurs should start following and reading about Mr Moti and they shall find the best route in their entrepreneurial journey
