The ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says the party is confident in the arguments it has presented to the Electoral Court in Bloemfontein. The party seeks to have the registration of the uMkhonto weSizwe Party with the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) declared unlawful. Mbalula addressed ANC supporters outside the Electoral High Court in Mangaung, Free State.
