WATCH| Court grants Ramaphosa interdict against Zuma’s private prosecution

Former party and South African President Jacob Zuma has accused his successor, President Cyril Ramaphosa of corruption and committing treason following the Phala Phala farm robbery scandal.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has been granted an interim interdict to stop former president Jacob Zuma’s private prosecution bid by the Full bench of Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg.

Zuma accused Ramaphosa of being an “accessory after the fact” in a criminal offence charge alleged against State advocate William Downer, who is accused of improperly sharing information in terms of the NPA Act.
