Former ANC Dullah Omar regional secretary Vuyiso Tyhalisisu has been elected as Provincial Chairperson of the African National Congress (ANC) in Western Cape.
Due to delays, the conference was supposed to begin on Friday; however, it began on Saturday and will conclude on Sunday.
