Judge Mohlolo Khabisi has denied bail for four individuals blamed for helping sentenced killer and attacker Thabo Bester to escape the Mangaung Prison last May.
Accused No. 8 Nastassja Jansen has been granted R10,000 bail, but the terms of the bail are that she must report to the police station on Fridays between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., and she must avoid interacting with state witnesses.
The other four accused persons (Senohe Matsoara, Teboho Lipholo, Buti Masukela and Tieho Makhotsa) remain in custody .
