South African musician, Lehlogonolo Chauke, known as Shebeshxt, is in legal trouble in Botswana. He is facing the possibility of prison time after failing to honour a performance booking at the Simply Piano music show on December 2.
The Lobatse Magistrate’s Court has issued a temporary order for Shebeshxt and Peter Mogale to be incarcerated at the Botswana Prisons Service facility. This order is pending the finalisation of an action for damages against them by the event organisers, Boxyard (PTY) LTD.
