- Certified ID Copy of owners/directors
- CSD Registration Report
- Municipal Rates & Taxes Statement or Landlord’s affidavit confirming no municipal arrears
- Valid COIDA Certificate
- Company Profile
- Letter of Authority (for authorised representative)
- Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
All bid documents must be completed and signed (including MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, and 9 forms).

Additional Notes
- There is a compulsory site briefing on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 at 10:00 AM.
- Bid documents will be available from Tuesday, 14 October 2025 at the Supply Chain Management Unit in Sasolburg.
- No telegraphic, faxed, or late bids will be accepted.
- The Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
- Bids are valid for 90 days from the closing date.
- Evaluation will follow the Preferential Procurement Policy Regulations of 2022.
