The Fezile Dabi District Municipality has officially opened the draft Spatial Development Framework (SDF) for the 2025–2026 period for public comment. In a notice issued under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA) and the Municipal Systems Act, the municipality invites residents, organisations, and stakeholders to submit written representations within 60 days for consideration in the final approval of the framework.
