Former African Transformation Movement (ATM) Member and Jacob Zuma Foundation Spokesperson, Mzwanele Manyi, is expected to be sworn in as an EFF Member of Parliament .
According to reports, Manyi will be sworn in on Wednesday .
Manyi resigned from the ATM and announced his membership in the EFF last month.
Manyi stated that he would join the party because he agrees with them on many issues, including fighting corruption.
Manyi stated in his letter of resignation to the ATM that South Africa was on a downward trajectory that needed to be stopped immediately.
Over the years, the EFF has demonstrated that it was fighting for genuine change.
“Today I join the Revolution Movement, @EFFSouthAfrica as a card carrying member, to make a contribution in freeing South Africa from neo-colonialism; rampant corruption; and to rescue the country from the imminent failed state situation. Aykhale!!” said Manyi in a Tweet last month
