MultiChoice (Supersport), the Department of Sport, Arts, Culture & Recreation & Department of Education officially handed over a Multi Purpose Sport Field named after Former Free State MEC Butana Khompela at Motswela Secondary School in Kroonstad on Wednesday.

During his time in the Free State Provincial Government, Butana served as MEC for Police, Roads and Transport, Social Development as well as MEC for Health.

In attendance was the MEC for Sport,Arts,Culture & Recreation Ms Limakatso Mahasa, MEC for Education Tate Makgoe, Steve Khompela Mamelodi Sundowns coach, Lindiwe Nxumalo a Supersport presenter & the Khompela family.
