As per the Department’s mandate to develop cohesive, sustainable and integrated human settlements in the Free State. MEC for Human Settlements-Molisi Dukwana kicks-off the festive season by handing-over a house to an elderly 90-year old- Mme Makibitla Paleho Celestina at Botshabelo”said MEC Spokesperson Sello Dithebe in a statement.
