Opinion by Reagan Booysen- Exactly after 28 years in Democracy in South Africa, we still encounter such horrible and hurtful incidents in South Africa, the Maselspoort incident is not new but just the one in spotlight for now.
This should have been the worse Christmas ever in the democratic South Africa of today, like many other incidents will make headlines and forgotten just within a blink of an eye because even the biased media will not spread it like they can do should have been the blacks on the wrong.
The Maselspoort incident is just a reminder of an era which has traumatized most of this country, now with 28 years in Democracy, we still have places in the country that are set only for the Whites!
Why are they comfortable in doing such?
Is the ruling party a toothless dog, that barks on claiming to fight racism and yet go with kids gloves in dealing with it or are the leaders a problem here?
I have wished to hear or seen by now the rhetoric radical stunts by Police Minister Cele in addressing the issue, but maybe I am too ambitious because of he has on many occasions being on the side of minority which are whites in this instance.
How i wish Pit bulls can eat the correct people and not innocent children, these people are heartless, rude and have attitude that supersedes what should be fear when coming to respect the South African law.
How do we justify the hell that happened yesterday at Maselsport as a country? What must happen? This does have very bad consequences in trying to get to a non-racial society as a country.
The SAPS must do their work, there is evidence, and it doesn’t need them to be mum on this matter, they need to decisively act or else the country will burn if such issues are not taken for granted.
I am also looking forward to hearing the President’s view on this matter, we need not to be soft in approaching this matter but true leadership is needed in such situations.
I would like to lastly make a plea with all the blacks and other revolutionary whites to refrain from using the services of Maselsport until proper measures have been taken about the yesterday’s situation, the government must investigate, and should they find it is true the set pool ONLY reserved for WHITES, they MUST shutdown that place!
We should be careful in dealing with these kinds of issues, either the Whites are still in charge of the country, or their agents are being fronted to run the country for them as I fail to understand why are these people so comfortable in doing such!
The Minister of DoJ must with urgency be lobbied for harsher repercussions for all the people who are found to have practiced such incidents, the country doesn’t need them after the apartheid era which stripped most of this country naked for many years, we cannot afford to go back!
Till the government led by ANC grow balls to eradicate the nonsense that is happening in Orania, the minority will still think they are the owners of this country even we are in an epoch of democracy in South Africa.
Indeed, we still have a long way to go, if these morons are still having places which are set only for them like in the past, isende’lendlela!
We must ready ourselves for war, this is the beginning!
