Mangaung Mayor Wishes Mathaithai The Best of Luck ahead of their Match Against Mamelodi Sundowns

The Executive Mayor of Mangaung Metro Cllr Mxolisi Siyonzana has congratulated Mathaithai FC for reaching the last 16 group stage of the Nedbank Cup and sent best wishes for the team as they look to take the field against Mamelodi Sundowns tomorrow, March 8 at Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville at 18:00.

Former Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality speaker, Mxolisi Siyonzana, has been elected as the new executive mayor of the municipality on Monday.

The Botshabelo based club as known as the “Brave Boys” are the only team representing the free state in the Nedbank.

“The team guided by coach Mr Morena Lothane will be looking to continue making history by going through to the quarter finals of the competition for the first time by beating Sundowns” said Executive Mayor.

The Executive Mayor urges all Mangaung residents to rally behind the team tomorrow.
