Concerns Arise Over President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Health and Whereabouts

Reports have surfaced on social media and among influencers suggesting that President Cyril Ramaphosa has been admitted to the Military Hospital in Pretoria.

This comes after the National Spokesperson for the ANC, Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri, announced that Ramaphosa had canceled scheduled appearances at a church service in Mbombela and an ANC cadres forum in Bushbuckridge.

Mahlengi cited pressing emergency matters as the reason for Ramaphosa’s absence and stated that ANC Deputy President Paul Mashatile would be acting on his behalf at all party activities. The public is eagerly awaiting a statement from the Presidency regarding the president’s schedule, whereabouts, and the nature of the emergency matters he’s addressing.

Rumors and speculation have also swirled on social media, with some users suggesting that Ramaphosa suffered a stroke after being pressured to resign by the ANC National Executive Committee, while others have expressed hopes that the situation is not too serious. These claims are yet to be confirmed by official sources.

The uncertainty surrounding President Ramaphosa’s health and activities has sparked concern and curiosity among the public. However, it is important to approach such information with caution and wait for official statements before drawing any conclusions.
