Nelson Mandela University student, Sipho Khumalo, has published an inspirational and ‘’though-provoking’’ book. His book, titled ‘’Life, Dreams, Thoughts, Experiences and Personality’’, is an autobiography but ‘’extends beyond the margins of a typical autobiography’’ as it also touches on very important life topics that affect us all. These include dreams, overcoming our failures, politics, Mother Nature and a whole lot more. The book also has a great deal of Psychological concepts as Sipho is a Psychology student himself.

Sipho is a proud young Zulu man who claims origin in KwaZulu-Natal in a township called KwaMashu, north of Durban. The 20-year-old author believes he is set for nothing but greatness. He has big dreams for himself and the world. In his book, he writes, ‘’I am a wild dreamer. My dreams sometimes even scare me, that’s how wild they are.’’
In his book, Sipho also courageously embraces his failures and mistakes because he believes that his mistakes and failures are not just his but also for those who are coming after him. He therefore feels that he would be doing injustice to them if he does not embrace his mistakes and failures, hard as it is. He wants the world to know that he has experienced failures but does not let them stop him from achieving all his dreams.
As it stands, the second-year Psychology student wishes to get his book as much publicity as possible because he is certain that everyone in the world will learn something from his book. He calls his book ‘the latest source of wisdom’ because everyone can relate with at least one point in his book.
In their weekly newsletter, his publishers Beyond The Vale Publishing congratulated him and said ‘’As the title suggests, Sipho has written his book from his own viewpoint on the world, from growing up in townships in KZN to the big issues that have shaped him and his life.’’ Friends and family of Sipho took to social media and congratulated him for his achievement. Even his institution, Nelson Mandela University, also posted about him and his book on their social media pages and went on to write a ‘Reasons to be Proud’ article about him and posted it on their website and online news site.
Sipho appreciates all the support and encouragement he has received, including the people who have already brought his book.
The exact price of his book is R250 (paperback) and R115 (paperback) and soon, it will also be available on Takealot.com.
