Toto Makume
EFF Leader Julius Malema has expressed his concerns over the state of municipalities under Free State COGTA MEC Toto Makume , claiming that they have all collapsed.
According to Malema, not a single municipality is functioning properly, including those under Section 139. He criticized Makume for lacking a plan to address the issues at hand.
In a speech to the EFF Free State Provincial Groundforces in Mangaung, Malema expressed his disappointment, saying, “Bo toto they were suppose to ursher in some level of energy and bring in new life to the new government of the Free State after they said Ace Magashule Failed, they have become worse”.
He further added, “Nere nahana Toto ona le Energy, ono Phapha Fela, hana le Planne”.
