The Free State Legislature Portfolio Committee on Public Accounts and Finance, led by Hon. K. W. Bulwane, is inviting comments and written submissions from members of the public and stakeholders on the public hearing scheduled as follows:

The objective of the Bill is:
To amend the Division of Revenue Act, 2023, in accordance with the Money Bills and Related Matters Act, 2009, and to provide for matters connected therewith.
The Free State Legislature and Public Accounts and Finance Portfolio Committee invite all stakeholders, particularly communities, institutions of higher learning, non-profit organizations, civil servants’ organizations, and interested parties to submit their written and/or oral submissions on the aforementioned Bill no later than Tuesday, 21 November 2023.
