The Emfuleni Local Municipality regrets to inform all interested parties that the tender for the Appointment of a Professional Service Provider for the Development of Yakani Landfill Site, under tender number: 11/2024/11 N12/2024, has been cancelled.
This decision has been made due to the non-attendance of the Compulsory Briefing Session, which is a requirement for all potential bidders. The Municipality places great importance on ensuring transparency and fairness in the tendering process, and the non-attendance of the briefing session undermines these principles.
