EFF DEPUTY PRESIDENTFLOYD SHIVAMBU INTRODUCING CIC JULIUS MALEMA DURING THE EFF FREEDOM DAY OBSERVATION

Tshwane – The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) President, Julius Malema claims President Cyril Ramaphosa is a spy for white people and represents their interests, speaking in Atteridgeville during the EFF Freedom Day rally.

“I don’t see any smallest EFF in Ramaphosa. I see everything white about Ramaphosa,” said Malema.

The EFF President has also used his Freedom Day speech to address land related matters. Malema was highlighting the amendment of Section 25 of the Constitution to allow for the appropriation of land without compensation. Speaking about amending of Section 25 of the Constitution, Malema claims that the ANC have sold them out.

“We will not vote with them, but we will not stop fighting for the amendment of Section 25 to allow expropriation of land without compensation. What is freedom without land?” asked Malema.

Malema has also accused Ramaphosa and the minister of public enterprises, Pravin Gordhan of being responsible for state-owned enterprises’ challenges, in order for them to privatise SAA and Eskom.

“They want to sell Eskom to a white man. Ramaphosa and Jamnandas (Pravin Gordhan) have collapsed SAA,” said Malema.

According to the Malema, it is in the plans of Ramaphosa and Gordhan to collapse Eskom and sell it to private sector (white people).

“Our president is stealing our assets in broad daylight. When we talk they say we must masks. We need to take them (ANC) out. The sooner we do that, the better,” said Malema.

Speaking about the upcoming local government elections, 27th October, EFF leader said the EFF would govern in Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni.

Meanwhile, Julius Malema has also explained why he was calling for the postponement of the upcoming local government elections, by saying that door to door campaign would be challenging during Covid-19.

By the end of May all branches of the EFF should be launched, says Malema. “If you’re an EFF supporter and you are not registered to vote, you are a coward, you are an mpimpi just like Ramaphosa,” said Malema.

Malema has advised his members to elect inspiring chairpersons.
