EFF Councillor Mafia Fane

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Ward Councillor Mafia Fane handed over a newly built house to the Mabila family in Nkubutlo, Mpumalanga, on 8 February 2025. This marks the second home donation by Cllr Fane as part of his annual initiative to support underprivileged families in his ward. The Mabila Family was identified during the heavy rainfalls and storms that left the family homeless in February 2023.

Councillor Fane’s Commitment to Community Development
Cllr Mafia Fane, who previously served as the EFF’s National Head of Youth and Students Mobilization during the 2024 general elections, has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of his constituents. His annual donations program focuses on providing housing to families in need, addressing one of the most pressing challenges in the region.
In a previous initiative, Cllr Fane donated a house to Gogo Dlamini as part of Women’s Day celebrations, highlighting his dedication to supporting vulnerable community members.
