Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (DESTEA) is calling for comments on the Free State Integrated Local Economic Development and Transformation Bill.
The purpose of the Bill is to regulate the licensing of business, providing for exclusive ownership and operation of certain specified business categories for citizens, regulation of foreign ownership of certain business categories and other matters connected therewith.
Closing date is extended to 25th February 2022. The bill is available for free to download on the departmental website at www.destea.gov.za/?p=5333 .
