It is a mistake to think State Capture was only ever about Zuma - Sipho Seepe

AFP- First National Bank (FNB) of South Africa made headlines on Wednesday with its statement on former President Jacob Zuma’s bank account.

According to FNB, they were mandated by the High Court to Temporarily freeze outgoing payments from Zuma’s account. This decisive action doesn’t mean the account is shuttered; incoming transactions remain uninterrupted.

This legal maneuver stems from the ongoing procedures being overseen by the liquidators of VBS Bank, marking a crucial compliance step for FNB in adherence to the courts’s directive.

Former president Jacob Zuma turned himself into prison early Thursday to begin serving a 15-month sentence for contempt of the country's highest court, officials said.
