Breaking News: Fire at Zola Substation Disrupts Power Supply

Eskom has announced that a fire at the Zola substation has disrupted electricity supply to several areas, including Dobsonville, Emdeni, Jabulani, Moletsane, Mofolo North, Naledi, Tladi, Zola, and Zondi.

The utility company said it is currently collaborating with the fire department to extinguish the blaze, allowing technicians to investigate and assess the damage.

At this stage, there is no estimated time for the restoration of power.

Eskom has apologised for the inconvenience caused by the outage.
