President of the ANCYL, Collen Malatji
The President of the ANCYL, Collen Malatji, has called Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi to utilize the nasi ispani mass youth employment programme to employ ANC volunteers. Malatji emphasized the importance of setting an example of a better life for all, stating that volunteers cannot be expected to go door to door and ask people to vote for a better life without being provided with the means to support themselves.
Malatji addressed the launch of the Peter Mokaba Youth Volunteers in Gauteng on Sunday at Alexandra Stadium in Johannesburg.
“Volunteers of the ANC must be the example of the Better life for all. We cant expect volunteers of the ANC to do door to door ba sena dieta ba botsa batho hore vote for better life for all bona ba sena dieta “ said Malatji
Malatji further said that he and ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula have transformed Luthuli House into a center of power.
Malatji declared that all young Members of Parliament, Members of the Provincial Legislatures, and Municipal Councilors are required to report to him every Monday regarding their daily activities for the youth.
He warned that failure to comply will lead to consequences, and that he and Fikile Mbalula will dismiss those who do not fulfill this obligation.
