By Thys Khiba – The ANC Women’s League (ANCWL) regional task team (RTT) in FezileDabi region said that they find the reports of a woman who was killed by a police officer at Sasolburg Police Station disturbing.

“We find it disturbing that a woman can be brutally killed in the premises where she should find refuge in all places in this country, women are subject to Gender Based Violence (GBV) in all corners of this country however the police station should be the last place whereby a woman must lose her life,” said RTT Convener, Matsholo Mmolotsane.
