Opinion by Kamohelo Teele- If I was the Chairman of Kaizer Chiefs football club I was gonna call a meeting tomorrow with 70% of players to be released, including those contracted. I would also move in quickly to release all foreign Nationals.

I’d call them for a meeting in Naturena together with their agents, terminate them and opt for settlement.

2. I would fire Aurthur Zwane with the rest of the technical team.

3. I’d poach Manqoba from Sundowns with a 5year deal and advice him to bring 2 assistants, fitness and conditioning coach, video analysists, 2 scouts, goalkeeper coach.

4. I would appoint Farouk Khan to as Head of Development.

5. I will then move quickly and appoint Putco Mafani as Public Relations Officer on 5 year deal.

6. By next week Friday I would have signed Andile Jali, Lesedi Kapinga, Mfundo Thikazi, Khanyisa Mayo, Fiston Mayele, Mendieta and Kobamelo Kodisang.

7. I would allocate 50 milion rand to the coach to sign new players including ones from South America.

8. PRE Season was gonna start on the first week of June. 8 week training camp needed to work on the squad.

9. I was gonna introduce 8-4pm work model on players, players must work as employees not this thing of going to training at 7 and return at 11. Facilities are in place to fit in to that model.

10. I would ask Supporters to elect their representative that will sit the in the higher decision making body of the club for a contracted period to represent the wishes and aspirations of the supporters.
